Key responsibilities
• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to perform direct sourcing, complete candidate evaluation, and support the end to end recruitment process.
• Coordinate all aspects of the interview process: schedule interviews, confirm availability, manage calendar invites, and handle logistics for virtual and onsite interviews.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates and internal stakeholders, providing exceptional service and timely communication throughout the interview lifecycle.
• Manage TA trackers and dashboards; ensure data integrity across systems to support team reporting and analytics.
• Support recruitment operations and projects:
Create project posters and event promotional materials.
Prepare polished PPT decks for stakeholder updates and project presentations.
Update and manage internal job postings accurately.
Manage team purchase orders and other administrative procurement tasks
Support cross-region recruitment and regional TA projects when required

Required qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree or above.
• 1–3 years of HR working experience.
• Fluent English in speaking, reading, and writing.
• Good PPT and Excel skills, graphic design and editing skills are preferred
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, coordinate across stakeholders, and meet tight timelines.
