Overview 概述 The Overseas Factory Project Manager is responsible for managing preparatory work, construction, production projects and operational activities at international manufacturing facilities. This role ensures projects are executed on time, within budget, and at the expected quality level, while coordinating closely between headquarters and overseas factory teams. The position requires strong project leadership, cross-cultural communication. 海外工厂项目经理负责管理国际制造工厂的前期筹备、项目建设、生产和运营活动。该职位确保项目能够按时完成、在预算范围内进行，并达到预期的质量标准，同时还要在总部和海外工厂团队之间密切协调。该职位需要具备强大的项目领导能力、跨文化沟通能力。 Key Responsibilities 主要职责 • Lead and manage factory-based production projects from planning through execution. 负责并管理基于工厂的生产项目，涵盖从规划到执行的全过程。 • Communicate and coordinate with local government to ensure the legality and compliance of the project progress. 负责与当地政府职能部门沟通对接，确保项目进展合法合规。 • Manage the connection between upstream and downstream based on the local market condition, including raw mineral resourcing, logistics route planning. 根据当地市场情况，管理项目与上下游之间的衔接关系，包括原矿资源搜集，物流线路规划等。 • Manage the connections of multiple overseas projects, ensure the smoothness of the company’s internationalization strategy. 管理多个海外项目之间的衔接关系，确保公司国际化战略的顺利实施。

Qualifications & Skills 任职资格及技能 • Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, manufacturing, operations management, supply chain, or related field. Master’s degree preferred. • 教育背景：拥有工程学、制造业、运营管理、供应链管理或相关领域的学士学位。拥有硕士学位者优先。 • Experience: 5–8 years of experience in factory construction, production project management, or manufacturing engineering, ideally with experience working in foreign companies. • 工作经验：拥有 5 至 8 年的项目建设，生产项目管理或制造工程方面的经验，最好有外企工作经历。 • Skills: 技能 • Strong project management skills 强大的项目管理能力 • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making ability 出色的解决问题和做出决策的能力 • Cross-cultural communication and leadership skills 跨文化沟通与领导能力。 • Ability to work on-site at factory for extended periods 能够在海外工厂长期驻场工作。 • Proficiency in English，French and Chinese (and additional languages are a plus) 熟练掌握英语、法语和中文（具备其他语言能力者优先）
