岗位职责
Position Summary:
The position will support HR manager in participating in developing HR goals, objectives, and systems. Providing HR daily support to the assigned business units and/or groups. Implementing and following through the overall HR strategies, targets and activity plans in full spectrum of human resource. Support the HR manager to complete the routine HR tasks in compliance with agreed HR policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support employee life cycle activities through completion tracking for performance management, mandatory training, employee engagement survey and etc.
• Responsible for data update in system and proper documentation to capture employment changes.
• Provides advice and counsel to managers and supervisors regarding HR policy.
• Generates various HR data, reports, organization chart on regular basis, and conduct HR data analysis with insights.
• Seeks for continuous improvement on HR practices and operation.
• Participate and coordinate HR initiated projects, trainings to ensure smooth implementation in business and HR internal team
Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:
• Bachelor Degree in related majors.
• At least 2-4 years’ HR generalist experience, working in HRBP team in multinational environment is a must.
• Be capable and willing to work on day-to-day operational in a logical and structured way.
• Good sense of a human resources professional.
• Fluent in both English and Mandarin language skills (both oral and written). Must possess the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Good team player and strong inter-personnel skills.
