MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES • Apply testing and inspection Policies and procedures. Analysis of results. • Check and approval of testing methods and control plans proposed by suppliers according to the technical information for the different components. • Lead quality inspections for different components. Reporting. Propose corrective and / or preventive actions. • Perform Approval Audits in new suppliers based on Company Procedures and Industry Standards. • Supplier development based on the gaps identified during the audits in order to achieve the quality objectives defined. • Suppliers Quality Assurance and support to implement the Quality Management System defined for our suppliers. • Management of modifications proposed by supplier, in collaboration with the project office. • Collaboration with suppliers in the industrialization of the production processes required to meet the technical requirements set in each case. • Proactively follow up the delivery performance to our internal factories and seek for improvement with advice. • Monitor supplier's quality performance regularly and drive supplier to make improvement to meet agreed target. • Monitor supplier's NCR and track to close with proven preventive actions.
