-Search the new suppliers according to the demand, under the lead from SM ־ Assist SM in daily work. ־ Work closely with DT/project team in processing the request for information, quotation, samples and 0-series products. ־ Provide the requested deliveries and communicate status and result to project team (via PB)/DT/ SM. ־ Transfer tech info from project team to the suppliers. - Keep Transparent filing. ־ Identify and implement the possible improvement on quality, cost, on-time and service. ־ Issue & place sample P.O during sample stage of trading parts. ־ Other tasks assigned by SM. 在采购经理（SM）指导下，根据需求开发新供应商。 协助采购经理处理日常工作。 与设计团队 / 项目团队紧密协作，处理信息需求、报价、样品及零批量产品相关事宜。 跟进交付进度，并通过项目专员（PB）向项目团队 / 设计团队 / 采购经理同步状态与结果。 将项目团队的技术要求传递给供应商。 保持文件归档清晰透明。 识别并推动在质量、成本、交期及服务方面的可优化点。 在贸易件样品阶段下达并下达采购订单（P.O.）。 完成采购经理安排的其他工作任务。

-Minimum graduate from college degree -Preferably majoring in electrical automation /motor specialty/business management -Experience in project work (preferred localization projects)>2 Years -Experience in sourcing/procurement>3 Years -Experience in foreign owned or JV -Experience in electrical /electronic/electrical drive technology -Experience in supplier evaluation is of advantage -Skilled application SAP 大专及以上学历。 电气自动化、电机专业、工商管理等相关专业优先。 具有项目工作经验（优先为国产化项目），2 年以上。 具有寻源 / 采购工作经验，3 年以上。 有外资企业或合资企业工作经验。 具备电气、电子、电气传动技术相关经验。 有供应商评估经验者优先。 熟练使用 SAP 系统。
