①　IM doctors’ main role is to assess, diagnosis and treat a wide range of conditions with appropriate management and follow-up plans 内科医生的主要职责是评估、诊断和治疗各种疾病，并制定相应的管理与随访计划。 ②　IM doctors need to build up a strong patient base by forming and maintaining professional relationships with patients with chronic conditions 内科医生需通过与慢性病患者建立并保持专业关系，来积累稳定的患者群体。 ③　IM doctors will act as health coordinators with other departments in the hospital ensuring that patients get continuity of care 内科医生将作为医院内其他科室的健康协调者，确保患者获得连续性的医疗服务。

①　Education： Full Medical Degree with specialist training in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine or Emergency Medicine 教育背景：需具备完整的医学学位，并接受过家庭医学、内科或急诊医学的专业培训。 ②　Working Experiences： Minimum 5 years of clinical experience 工作经验：至少5年临床工作经验。 ③　Language： Good oral and written English 语言能力：具备良好的英语口语和书面表达能力。
