Team Lead JD: Position Overview: The SAP Material Data Operations Team Lead will play a critical role in managing and maintaining the material master data within the SAP system. This position requires a strong leader who can effectively support team members, resolve issues related to material data, and develop automated solutions through programming in VBA and Python to enhance operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: 1. Material Master Maintenance: o Oversee the creation and modification of material master records in SAP. o Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and compliance with organizational standards and procedures. o Participate and support projects 2. Issue Resolution: o Act as the primary point of contact for material data-related issues. o Troubleshoot and resolve problems efficiently, collaborating with internal stakeholders as necessary. o Provide guidance and support in daily operations, ensuring team members have the resources they need to succeed. 3. Automation and Programming: o Develop and implement VBA and Python scripts to automate routine tasks and improve operational workflows.

Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. • Proven experience with SAP Material Master data management. • Strong understanding of VBA, Python programming for process automation. • Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal, is a must. • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Strong leadership abilities with a focus on team development and support. • Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Preferred Skills: • Proficiency in Power BI for data visualization and reporting. • Experience with Power Automate for workflow automation. • Knowledge of supply chain processes and best practices. • Familiarity with data analysis tools and techniques.
