Key Responsibilities: Act as the primary on-site executive authority, bearing ultimate accountability for the firm’s corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and strategic growth. Provide hands-on management and deep oversight across both the Dealing (Trading/Brokerage) and front-to-back Operations departments. Ensure all business and trading activities strictly align with applicable financial regulations, market conduct rules, and corporate governance frameworks. Supervise the procurement and due diligence of critical vendor services and core system infrastructure. Maintain institutional stability by ensuring robust corporate record-keeping, capital adequacy, and comprehensive internal control systems. Act as the chief representative and primary liaison with AFSA, local courts, and other financial regulatory bodies.

Must be permanently based in Almaty, Kazakhstan to satisfy AIFC's local residency requirements for key executive positions. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Economics, Law, or Business Administration. Minimum 3+ years in a senior leadership role (e.g., GM, CEO, COO, or Head of Trading/Operations) within a securities firm, fintech, or brokerage house. Clean background with the ability to successfully pass the regulatory "Fit and Proper Test" for executive confirmation. Must successfully obtain AIFC Approved Individual status as a Senior Executive Officer (SEO) under AFSA regulations. Deep understanding of global brokerage operations, clearing/settlement, and trading systems architecture, combined with strong startup execution capability to handle operational details. Proficiency or fluency in Kazakh, English, Mandarin Chinese, and Russian is highly preferred.
