1. Responsible for master planning & production planning based on backlog order, sales forecast and production capacity, ensuring the stability and delivery reliability. 2. Set up rolling forecast and planned orders for next 6 ~12 months based on S&OP 3. Plan monthly production and release the production orders timely in production department. 4. Review customer change request, and work with OEM plant to provide the best delivery schedule and tradeoff proposal 5. Do the analysis for RM inventory per week. and follow up the action plan to improve the inventory. 6. Monitor PO status, ensure PO are well maintained and alert late in MRP to purchasing team. 7. Follow-up production process and coordinate with shopfloor team to resolve production, raw material shortage and quality problems. 8. Control the inventory level to be in line with company target by right material planning. 9. 1. Bachelor’s degree 2. Experience in material or production planning in manufacturing industries with more than 5 years. OEM experience preferred. 3. Solid experience working with scheduling methodology and monitor overall production process. 4. Familiar with ERP system, key user experience is preferred. 5. Sensitive to data, Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel. 6. Good communication skills, Good analytical and problem-solving skills. 7.
