• Assist company in the development of learning solutions for China, and be responsible for the implementation and execution of related projects; Including but not limited to requirements summary, supplier selection, learning calendar update and release, learning assessment and follow-up, etc.; Responsible for the online of the learning management system, daily maintenance, report collation and system optimization; Compliance e-learning implementation with Compliance counterpart
协助公司学习解决方案的制定, 并负责实施与执行相关项目;包括但不仅限于需求汇总、供应商甄选、学习日历更新与发布、学习评估与跟进等;负责学习管理系统的上线、日常维护、报告整理与系统优化;合规在线培训的落地
• Support the management of the MLearning online training system: arrange/assign/follow up/count/evaluate employee online learning and learning results. Including product knowledge learning/compliance learning, etc., to solve and coordinate the obstacles encountered in employees' online system learning
支持管理MLearning线上培训系统:安排/分配/跟进/统计/评估员工线上学习和学习结果。包括产品知识学习/合规学习等,解决和协调解决员工线上系统学习中遇到的障碍
• Support yearly learning activities E2E roll-out and implementation (from enrollment to filing)
支持全年培训计划的跟进,从培训报名到培训完成归档
• Further realization of the digitalization process of HR & Training system, collection of user needs, docking with suppliers landing plan, implementation/support of project completion in accordance with project requirements and project process
人力资源及培训系统数字化进程的进一步实现,收集用户需求,与供应商对接落地方案,按照项目要求和项目流程,执行/支持项目完成相关工作
任职要求
• 3-5 years of relevant working experience in the field of training
3-5年培训领域相关工作经验
• Good organization and coordination skills
良好组织协调能力
• Good communication skills, good cross-departmental and cross-team skills
较好表达沟通能力,很好的跨部门跨团队合作能力
• Demonstrated responsibility and ability to take responsibility for results in their work
工作中表现出责任心强,为结果负责的能力
• Fluent in English and Mandarin, APAC region support experience as plus
流利的英语和普通话,有亚太支持经验者为佳
