Go to Market Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute a targeted business development strategy to penetrate Xiaowen in the US market. Identify and pursue key stakeholders, including but not limited to, associations, national and regional pet hospital chains , vet schools, PIMS vendors and veterinary distributors.
Full-Cycle Sales Management: Lead the entire sales process from initial outreach to contract negotiation and closure. This includes conducting in-depth needs analysis, tailoring technical solutions, and managing complex stakeholder relationships.
Trusted Advisor Role: Build long-term relationships with key stakeholders (Hospital Administrators, Practice Managers, and Lead Veterinarians). Provide expert product training and technical support to ensure maximum client satisfaction and adoption.
Industry Advocacy: Represent the company at major industry trade shows, conferences, and networking events to generate leads and elevate brand awareness within the veterinary community.
Market Intelligence: Monitor trends in veterinary AI, pet healthcare demand, and competitor activities. Use this data to refine sales strategies and highlight our product’s unique differentiators.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product, Marketing, and Technical teams in China to relay customer feedback, ensuring our platform evolves to meet market needs.
