岗位职责: 1.面向墨西哥用户，搭建用户全生命周期拉新、留存活动，促进用户活跃； 2.跟进并把控活动物料的设计，对物料质量进行判断和优化提升； 3.协同各方团队，包括但不限于市场、产品、算法等，进行运营方案落地及结果跟进； 4.完成上级安排的其他工作。 Job Responsibilities: 1. Build new user acquisition and retention activities throughout the user life cycle for Mexican users to promote user activity; 2. Follow up and control the design of activity materials, judge and optimize the quality of materials; 3. Collaborate with various teams, including but not limited to marketing, products, algorithms, etc., to implement operation plans and follow up on results; 4. Complete other tasks assigned by supervisors.

任职要求: 1.有1年及以上用户运营或活动运营经验； 2.英语听说读写能力佳，可作为工作语言； 3.细心认真，有较强人际沟通、协调能力，并有较丰富的团队沟通及合作经验。 Job requirements: 1. Have 1 year or more of user operation or activity operation experience; 2.
