岗位职责
1.Develop and Adjust HR strategies to respond to Thailand business needs.
2.Establishment of HR department in Thailand, communicated and cooperated with local government, and handled all the procedures and documents required for the new site.
3.Familiar with Thai labor law, according to the company's HR policy and national laws and regulations, responsible for improving the HR system, process and rules, and implement according to the requirements.
4.According to the annual planning, design talent map, responsible for the development of local recruitment channels, recruitment planning, and complete the recruitment targets as required.
5.Responsible for national training needs analysis, training activities implementation and evaluation.
6.Implement and implement the company's compensation and benefits policies, responsible for the local compensation and benefits and performance management system and specific implementation.
7.Responsible for the implementation of the company's culture in the country and landing, to build a good corporate culture environment.
8.Uses insight to suggest alternative paths of action and short-term HR solutions.
9.Assesses the talent needs of the organization to design and deliver the most effective talent solutions. Effectively partners managers to influence them to make the right choices regarding Talent.
10.Engages and communicates with all employees the vision for effective teams and effective change management.
11.Understands organization diagnostic tools and uses them to plan and implement a range of organization development interventions and change acceleration programs.
12.Coaches and advises business leaders in the optimization of organization and team design techniques to improve performance.
13.Works at both the organizational and individual level to assess learning & capability building needs. Advises the client group the business and performance benefits of learning interventions.
14.Develops an effective ER strategy & delivers it through coaching managers, ensuring a strong understanding of employment law and risk mitigation.
15.Builds managers’ capability in managing performance and reward decisions.
16.Leads the delivery of, and the compliance with, HR policies, processes and local employment/labor legislation for all employees.
17.Works closely and collaboratively with HR COE team to share best practice.
任职要求
1.6 years + HR experiences in MNC, experience in organization and talent development is preferred
2.Good strategic thinking and communication skills, able to drive things in a large organization
3.Career driven, has clear goal and passionate on growing with team
4.Has 0-1 experience in new site with HR area
