Required Knowledge and Experience
• Experience in system technical support.
• Basic understanding of ITIL and SLA.
• Experience in AI technologies; AWS Certified AI Practitioner is mandatory.
• Experience in system development (Java, Python, etc.) and cybersecurity.
• University degree in Automotive Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, Big Data, or related fields.
• 1–3 years of relevant work experience.
• Good command of English, both spoken and written.
