1.战略规划与目标制定:

--分析市场趋势、竞争态势和公司内部资源状况,制定业务发展战略和年度业务计划

Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities, identifying potential business opportunities.
--制定市场开拓计划,组织参加行业发展会、研讨会、商务洽谈等活动,提高公司知名度和市场影响力
Develop market development plans, organize participation in industry conferences, seminars, and business negotiations to enhance company visibility and market influence.

4.数据分析与报告:
Data Analysis and Reporting:

Collect, organize, and analyze business data, write business development reports, providing data support and reference for company decision-making.
--向上级领导定期汇报业务发展情况和工作计划,及时反馈市场动态和客户需求。
Regularly report business development status and work plans to senior leadership, promptly providing feedback on market dynamics and customer needs.

工作经验Job Experience
具有8年以上EMS行业销售工作经验,熟悉SMT工艺流程。
Over 8 years of sales experience in the EMS industry, with a solid understanding of SMT (Surface Mount Technology) processes.
服务过的客户一年销售额在100-500万美金之间
Managed clients with annual sales ranging between $1 million to $5 million USD.
