Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Product Manager – Fluid Sensors to drive the strategy, development, and commercialization of our fluid sensor product lines (flow, pressure, temperature, capacitive sensors). This role requires a deep understanding of industrial sensing technologies, market trends, and customer needs. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, HQ product managers, R&D, engineering and manufacturing, to ensure our fluid sensor solutions meet market demands and company objectives. Key Responsibilities Product Strategy & Roadmap ·Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy for fluid sensors. ·Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes to inform product development. ·Define product roadmaps, prioritize features, and drive product lifecycle management. Product Development & Innovation ·Collaborate with HQ product management, R&D, engineering, and manufacturing teams to develop new fluid sensor technologies and enhancements. ·Define product specifications and ensure alignment with customer requirements. ·Lead product testing, validation, and compliance with industry standards. Go-to-Market & Sales Enablement ·Work with marketing and sales teams to develop product positioning, pricing strategies, and promotional activities. ·Provide technical and commercial support to sales teams, including training, customer presentations and demonstrations. ·Develop sales tools, white papers, and product documentation to enhance customer engagement. Customer & Market Engagement ·Engage with customers, industry partners, and stakeholders to understand challenges and identify opportunities. ·Gather customer feedback to drive continuous product improvements. ·Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences. Performance & Growth Metrics ·Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as market share, revenue growth, and customer satisfaction. ·Analyze product performance and implement data-driven improvements. ·Ensure profitability and cost-effectiveness of the fluid sensor product line. Qualifications & Experience

·Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Physics, or a related technical field. ·5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in sensors, fluid measurement, or industrial automation. ·Strong understanding of fluid dynamics, sensor technologies, and industrial applications. ·Experience working with IoT-enabled fluid sensors and Industry 4.0 technologies. ·Familiarity with regulatory requirements and standards for fluid sensing products. ·Proven experience in managing product lifecycles and go-to-market strategies. ·Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. ·Strong communication and leadership abilities to work effectively across teams. ·Fluent in English (written and oral) If you are passionate about driving innovation in fluid sensor technology and have the expertise to lead a product line to success, we invite you to apply and join our team.
