Responsibilities: 1. Recruit, onboard, and manage agency resources to increase the number of streamers in Japan. 2. Identify potential users and develop them into agency leaders through training and incentive programs. 3. Monitor market trends and support localization and growth strategies. 4. Track and analyze agency and streamer performance data (activity, revenue, retention, etc.), and provide insights to drive optimization.

1. 3+ years of experience in BD or operations in Japanese live streaming, voice chat, or social platforms. 2. Candidates with resources in female streamers, agencies are preferred (streamers, housewives, part-time groups, etc.). 3. Strong business development skills, with the ability to independently drive partnerships. 4. Fluent in Japanese for business communication, with additional proficiency in Chinese or English. 5. Results-driven with strong resilience, able to take ownership of guild growth or revenue targets.
