Key Responsibilities 1, Supply Planning & Inventory Management Optimize inventory level to achieve monthly Inventory target and maintain OTD Base on demand forecast and safety stock, implement purchase order and track coming shipment Work with cross function team to coordinate issues occurred to make sure goods arrival on time Keep reduction on unhealthy stock such as E&O, slow moving, short shelf life, rework stock 2, Sales Forecast & budget Monthly internal forecast collecting from sales team Summarize forecast /sales budget and report to Management team Tracking sales forecast/budget to drive actual sales revenue achieve target Set up external forecast collection process with distributer 3, Sales & operation planning Monthly product line forecast meeting with headquarter Set up forecast model and measure forecast accuracy 4, Custom clearance Work with custom broker to manage custom clearance process Handling CIQ process with custom broker for special product Tracking and measure on time custom clearance 5, Logistic management 3PL logistic warehouse and transportation management Tracking 3PL performance and make improvement plan 6, Reporting  Daily Planning report  Weekly and Monthly KPI report  Other needed report

供应链planning相关经验 3-5年（可适当放宽），（material planning，demand planning，Customer Service，production planning等） l 较好的excel能力（基础的pivot/计算公式等，进阶的query或VBA更佳（非必须）） l 基本的英文口语及书面沟通能力 l 能够协助其他planner同事进行系统数据整理、报表更新等
