Key Tasks:
Responsible for the buildup, start up and manage the proper function of a sub department structure and necessary infrastructure
Responsible for internally and externally technical alignment (e.g. customers, suppliers and involved departments in Germany and VWATJ) and responsible to align technical topics with related persons and departments within VWATJ
Responsible to technical rating of potential suppliers and to implement technical changes in purchased PWR projects on time
Supports the series ramp up of purchased PWR projects at VWATJ and to analyze product related problems during development phase, in the field and production line
Supports to define technical concepts and solutions for the local development of purchased PWR
Supports the evaluation and release of the products and processes within her/his range (e.g. K-release, AWE’s, commitment sheets …)
Responsible for all disciplinarily activities within her/his span of control and to fulfill all company’s requirements /standards with her/his sub-department and evaluates the employee’s performance and identify the training needs and create personal development plans for the employees within her/his span of control

Qualification & Skills
Education: Master degree or equivalent (or higher) in the field of electrical engineering, Nature science, information technology or comparable qualification
English (fluent), Chinese and German (preferable)
Rich experience of project management and team leading
Deep knowledge of electronics design and validation. Good knowledge of ISO 26262 and A-SPICE, Knowledge in electro-magnetic design of e-motor
Knowledge of budget planning and controlling
Analytical, solution-oriented and structured way of working
High degree of communication skills, assertiveness and ability to work in a team and willing and able to work in a challenging intercultural environment with a very high motivation and flexibility and a high degree of initiative, sense of responsibility
Integrity and value-driven working style, compliant to rules and regulation. Remain accountable when mistake happens and be able to speak up if something goes wrong.
