Job Responsibility 岗位职责:  Identifying, evaluating, and ensuring company operations comply with the latest Chinese EHS laws, regulations, national standards, industry norms, and internal company EHS policies. 识别、评估并确保公司运营活动符合中国最新的EHS法律法规、国家标准、行业规范及公司内部EHS政策。  Participate in the preparation and update of EHS permits, filings, declarations, and other compliance documents. 参与EHS许可证、备案、申报等合规性文件的准备与更新工作。  Conduct regular EHS site inspections and patrols, identify potential compliance issues and risks, and monitor the implementation of corrective actions. 定期进行EHS现场检查和巡查，识别潜在的合规性问题和风险，并监督纠正措施的落实。  Conduct EHS risk assessments for work activities, equipment and facilities, and chemicals, identifying hazards and environmental aspects. 开展作业活动、设备设施和化学品等方面的EHS风险评估，识别危险源和环境因素。  Participate in developing and implementing risk control measures, and monitor their effectiveness. 参与制定和实施风险控制措施，并监督其有效性。  Regularly organize EHS hazard identification activities and supervise the implementation of safety production rectification measures. 定期组织EHS隐患排查活动，督促落实安全生产整改措施。  Stop and correct unsafe directives, forced hazardous operations, and violations of operating procedures.  制止和纠正违章指挥、强令冒险作业、违反操作规程的行为。  Participate in incident investigations, root cause analysis, and track corrective actions. 参与EHS事件的调查、根因分析及整改跟踪。  Organize EHS training, emergency drills and other activities, proactively promote safety culture to enhance company-wide awareness. 主导EHS培训，应急演练和活动，积极践行安全文化，提升全员安全意识。  Assist the EHS Manager in maintaining and improving the company's EHS management system (e.g., ISO 14001, ISO 45001) to ensure its effective operation. 维护并改进公司的EHS管理体系（如ISO 14001、ISO 45001），确保其有效运行。  Participate in EHS internal audits and assist in the preparation and coordination of external audits. 参与EHS内部审计，协助外部审计的准备与协调。  Participate in developing, updating EHS related procedures, working instructions and emergency response plans. 参与制定、更新EHS相关的规章制度，操作规程和应急预案。  Participate in the identification and assessment of occupational health hazards and participate in occupational health surveillance. 参与开展职业病危害因素识别与评估，参与职业健康监护工作。  Participate in the implementation of environmental protection projects such as waste management and energy saving reduction. 参与废弃物管理和节能减排等环境保护项目的实施。  Supervise and inspect the safety production qualifications and conditions of contractors and tenants operating within the unit's premises. 对在本单位区域内作业的承包、承租单位的安全生产资质、条件进行监督检查。  Supervise the procurement, issuance, use, and management of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). 监督劳动防护用品的采购、发放、使用和管理。  Responsible for EHS related data collection and maintain EHS-related documents and records. 负责EHS相关数据的收集及EHS 相关文件和记录维护。  Assist with facility management and jointly drive the implementation of the company's sustainable goals. 协助进行设施的相关管理工作，共同推动公司可持续发展目标的落实。  Coordinate daily maintenance and basic repairs of facility equipment. 协调设施的日常检查，维护与故障报修。  Other duties as assigned by the company based on business development. 上级指派的其他工作。

Qualifications: 任职要求：  Bachelor's degree or above in Environmental Engineering, Safety Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Hygiene, Mechanical Engineering, or other related engineering disciplines. 学历： 本科及以上学历，环境工程、安全工程等工程专业优先。  3 years of EHS related work experience in a manufacturing or industrial enterprise; experience in foreign-invested companies is preferred. 3年以上制造业或工业企业EHS相关工作经验，有外资企业工作背景者优先。  Proficient in office software (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint). 熟练使用办公软件（如Word, Excel, PowerPoint）。  Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills. 出色的沟通、协调和人际交往能力。  Strong sense of responsibility, meticulous and rigorous work ethic. 责任心强，工作细致严谨。  Good English reading and writing skills, capable of reading English EHS documents and reports. 良好的英语沟通和读写能力。
