Responsible for testing robotic joint modules, as well as supporting engine VVT bench testing. Duties include setting up laboratory test equipment, designing test fixtures, calibrating sensors, developing automated test scripts, acquiring and processing data, and preparing test reports based on data analysis and findings. Participate in the development of testing standards for robotic joint modules, including performance, durability, environment (temperature, humidity, vibration, and EMC, etc.), and reliability testing. Work closely with R&D and design teams to gain an in-depth understanding of the technical architecture and design concepts of joint modules, ensuring the effectiveness and relevance of test plans. Responsible for the daily maintenance and management of the test environment to ensure proper operation of test equipment. Propose improvements and optimization plans for the test environment based on testing requirements and technological advancements. Conduct in-depth analysis of issues identified during testing and quickly determine root causes. Perform troubleshooting on rotating mechanical systems and low-voltage measurement systems. Prepare and maintained technical documentation, including lessons learned, Job Hazard Analysis (JHA), and work instructions. Communicate test results and identified issues effectively through both verbal presentations and written reports. Clearly communicate test results and issues with supervisors, engineers, technicians, and stakeholders. Provide support for additional testing activities as required.

Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics or related fields. At least 2 years of experience in mechatronic system testing (such as servo motors or robotic joints). Candidates with a solid understanding of robotic joint module architecture are preferred. Proficient in operating various testing equipment and instruments, such as dynamometers, power analyzers, torque sensors, encoders, and oscilloscopes. Proficient in the testing methods of mechanical transmission systems (such as harmonic reducers, planetary gearboxes and RV reducers) and drive control (BLDC motors and FOC algorithms). Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. Proficient in MATLAB, Python, or other data analysis tools. Hands-on experience with Labview/NI and Vector CANape. Familiar with relevant testing standards (e.g., GB/T 43200-2023、GB/T 18488、GB/T 35089-2018、GB/T 39266-2020, etc). Familiar with industrial communication protocols such as CANopen and EtherCAT. Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies. Strong teamwork, communication, and organizational skills. Good command of written and spoken English.
