任职要求
1. 本科及以上学历,化工相关专业背景。
Bachelor’s degree or above, major in chemical engineering or related fields.
2. 5 年及以上化工行业运营管理相关工作经验,具备 3 年以上团队管理经验。
At least 5 years of relevant operation and management experience in the chemical industry, with more than 3 years of team management experience.
3. CET 6 及以上,具备优秀的英语听说读写能力。
CET 6 or above, with excellent English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills.
4. 持有注册安全工程师证书者优先考虑。
Candidates with a Registered Safety Engineer certificate are preferred.
5. 具备出色的沟通协调、团队管理及领导能力,能有效搭建团队架构、制定团队目标、激励成员成长。
Excellent communication, coordination, team management and leadership skills; able to effectively build team structure, set team goals and motivate team members' growth.
6. 精通团队绩效管理方法,能合理分配工作任务、开展绩效考核、推动团队效率提升。
Proficient in team performance management methods; able to reasonably assign work tasks, conduct performance appraisals and promote team efficiency improvement.
7. 工作积极主动,责任心强,具备较强的执行力,能带领团队应对运营中的复杂问题与挑战。
