【Key Responsibilities】 1. Act as the dedicated financial business partner for assigned business division, partnering closely with commercial and operational leaders to understand business needs and deliver targeted financial support. 2. Support and execute the financial planning, budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and rolling forecast processes, ensuring alignment with company-wide targets and business priorities. 3. Monitor, track, and report on key financial KPIs; prepare regular financial reports 4. Collaborate with corporate finance, accounting, and operations teams to ensure timely month-end/quarter-end close, accurate financial reporting, and compliance with accounting standards and internal policies. 5. Participate in cross-functional projects, providing financial modeling, analysis, and due diligence to support business growth and margin improvement. Requirements & Qualifications

【Education】 • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field 【Experience】 • 4–10 years working experience in big four CPA firm or MNC accounting, FP&A role • Solid hands-on experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, variance analysis, and management reporting. • Demonstrated experience partnering with business teams and cross-functional stakeholders to drive financial performance. • Mandatory: MNC company experience, English as working language. 【Skills & Competencies】 • Strong business acumen and analytical thinking; ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights. • Proactive, self-driven, and able to work with ambiguity. • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills; ability to influence and collaborate across all levels.
