• 5–8 years of HR experience, with solid depth in at least one HR function, such as Recruitment, Talent Development, or C&B.
• Minimum 2 years of HRBP experience, supporting frontline managers.
• Familiar with HR systems and Excel; comfortable handling data analysis, reporting, and daily HR operations.
• MNC experience preferred but not mandatory, with a good understanding of structured HR processes and governance.
• Able to work in a high-intensity, fast-paced environment, demonstrating strong ownership and execution capability.
