Lead the requirements analysis including series communication requirements, diagnostic requirements, functional requirements 2. Responsible for software requirements design according to customer’s requirements and platform requirements 3. Responsible for the division of software component and the definition of software interfaces 4. Responsible for the technical feasibility analysis, write and maintain software architecture design documents 5. Customer function component detailed design, implementation 6. Application software architecture development for EPS system including static behavior design, dynamic behavior design and safety mechanism design, etc. 7. Support to resolve the development issues and support continuous optimization of software platform 1. 领导需求分析，包括系列通信需求，诊断需求，功能需求 2. 负责根据客户需求和平台需求进行软件需求设计 3. 负责软件组件的划分和软件接口的定义 4. 负责技术可行性分析，编写和维护软件架构设计文档 5. 客户功能组件的详细设计、实现 6. Education/Degree: Bachelor degree or above in Electrical Engineering or Automotive Engineering Working Experience: 3~5 year above experience in design/development of electrical systems Core Competencies: (Note: List the most important 10 competencies needed for the position, please refer to the Competence List) 1. Familiar with EPS system, and software requirements and software architecture, Sofware calibration 2. Experienced in Vehicle Electronics requirements analysis and design 3. Knowledge of Autosar architecture, Complexed Driver Functions and Component Integration 4. Knowledge of the control strategy and design principle for EPS system 5. Experience in using Matlab, Simulink, DOORS/DNG, Rhapsody; 6. Good understanding of V-Model 7. Excellent organization and documentation abilities Other Skills (such as language, technical, software, certification): 1. Good oral and written communication skills in English is preferred; 2. Skills in C/C#/Python/VBA are preferred; 3. ASPICE experience is a plus 4. Software development experience is a plus 5. Redundancy system development experience is a plus; 6.
