岗位职责
1. 执行咖啡生豆国际销售计划,达到销售目标;
2. 积极开拓新客户并维护和拓展现有客户关系,通过优质的服务和专业的建议,建立良好的长期合作关系;
3. 收集市场信息,了解行业动态和竞争对手情况,提供有效的市场建议;
4. 跟踪订单的执行情况,确保咖啡豆的准确、及时交付。为客户提供良好的售后服务,处理客户投诉和问题。及时与相关部门沟通,确保问题得到妥善解决;
5. 对销售数据进行统计和分析,了解销售趋势和客户需求。为公司提供合理的销售建议,以优化销售策略和计划;
1. Execute international sales plans for green coffee beans to achieve sales targets.
2. Proactively develop new customers and maintain/expand existing client relationships, establishing long-term partnerships through high-quality service and professional advice.
3. Collect market information, monitor industry trends and competitor activities, and provide effective market recommendations.
4. Track order execution to ensure accurate and timely delivery of coffee beans. Provide excellent after-sales service, handle customer complaints and issues, and communicate promptly with relevant departments to ensure proper resolution.
5. Statistically analyze sales data to understand sales trends and customer needs, offering reasonable sales suggestions to optimize sales strategies and plans.
任职要求
1. 本科以上学历,2年以上咖啡豆相关销售经验。优秀的英文听说读写能力,中文可交流者优先考虑;
2. 了解咖啡豆的产地、品种、口感、烘焙程度等特性,能够准确地向客户介绍和推荐产品;
3. 有印尼成熟业务渠道及客户资源,具有独立开发客户的能力;
4. 了解咖啡生豆、熟豆、咖啡制品市场的趋势、竞争对手的动向以及客户需求的变化,以便调整销售策略,满足市场需求;
1. A bachelor's degree or above, with over 2 years of sales experience related to coffee beans. Excellent English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills; those who can communicate in Chinese will be preferred.
2. Understand the characteristics of coffee beans, such as origin, variety, taste, and roast level, and be able to accurately introduce and recommend products to customers.
3. Have mature business channels and customer resources in Indonesia, and possess the ability to independently develop customers.
4. Keep abreast of market trends for green coffee beans, roasted beans, and coffee products, competitors' dynamics, and changes in customer needs to adjust sales strategies and meet market demands.
