岗位职责
1. 当地电动两轮车(包括电摩,电单车,电助力车等)市场需求进行分析、销售预测,制定销售计划并负责相关实施工作;
2. 负责DEGSON当地E-BIKE市场销售渠道、海外大客户、经销商的开发与维护工作;
3. 定期拜访新老客户,进行商务谈判、销售目标达成,并提高客户满意度和市场份额。
4. 负责收集当地市场信息,提出营销策略及发展建议,协助组织并参加相关展会等产品推广工作;
5. 基于客户及市场反馈,及时对产品的研发提供指导性、改进性建议以提高市场竞争力。
1. Conduct market analysis and sales forecasting for local electric two-wheelers (including e-motorcycles, e-bikes, and e-assist bicycles), develop sales plans, and be responsible for their implementation.
2. Develop and maintain DEGSON’s local E-BIKE sales channels, overseas key accounts, and distributor networks.
3. Regularly visit new and existing clients, conduct business negotiations, achieve sales targets, and enhance customer satisfaction and market share.
4. Collect local market information, propose marketing strategies and development recommendations, and assist in organizing and participating in relevant exhibitions and product promotion activities.
5. Provide guidance and improvement suggestions for product R&D based on customer and market feedback to enhance market competitiveness.
任职要求
1、 具备电子、电气学历背景或者相关学历资格。
2、 优先考虑当地电动两轮车连接器市场、产品有比较好的了解,或者拥有当地电动两轮车客户资源(来自于目标客户电机、电控、电池或线束供应商)
3、精通英语、当地语言。
4、沟通能力、协调能力、抗压能力、工作积极、忠诚。
1.Educational background in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
2.Preference will be given to candidates with a good understanding of the local electric two-wheeler connector market and products, or those with local customer resources (from target clients such as motor, controller, battery, or wiring harness suppliers).
3.Proficiency in English and the local language.
4.Strong communication and coordination skills, resilience under pressure, proactive attitude, and loyalty.
