Tasks;
-Formulating functional safety implementation solutions for EE including concept, approach, timeline:
- making step by step approach competency ramp-up plan, considering HC ramp-up situation;
- planning essential resource for competency building-up with reasonable argumentations.
Applying for functional safety implementation proposal decision making in EE internal committee and even higher:
- finalizing the implementation proposal within alignment with supervisors and stakeholders;
- presenting in committees and applying for decision
-Implementing the decision and regularly status reporting:
- identifying the stakeholder internally and initiating project team for implementation;
- reporting regularly within internal round.
-dentifying deviations with severe project implication:
- conduct rough rating evaluation for deviation implication;
- report hierarchically for severe deliverables deviation which has big negative impact to financial/company reputation damage.
-Mitigating deviations with severe project implication:
- Initiate special task force to deep dive into root cause;
- conduct interim/long-term solution definition.
-Acting as EE representative for functional safety related committee:
- making technical statement for any process/product changes within VCTC;
- participating in international/national regulation drafting group to speak for VW brand in China.
Qualification and skills:
-Bachelor degree in Automotive/ Electrical/Industry Engineering, Business Administration or German / English languages or similar (must).
-Familiar with functional safety project/ process/ methodology /tool (must)
-Inter-cultural communication and coordination skills (must);
Strong willing to bring new idea and team sprite (must)
Familiar with PPT, WORD, EXCEL (must).
Experience in any Volkswagen brand is preferred (nice to have);
Excellent problem-solving capabilities and strong result-orientation required (nice to have);
Business language skills in English (written and oral) (must);
Familiar with German (nice to have)
