Brief description of the position: Scope of this position is to coordinate the technical & project daily tasks for EAE department head with team leaders & technical experts, including attending/organizing technical meetings as EAE manager deputy in-/outside EAE, preparing technical report slides with EAEx teams, contributing own ideas/proposal to EAE strategy topics and planning like organization, jobsplit and competence ramp up. Key Tasks: Supporting EAE department head & technical/project team on preparing report documents. Collecting, summarizing and reporting important technical/project points in appropriate, system & logical way. Organizing & attending regular technical meeting with VCTC internal departments & WOB, including presenting technical/project highlights, speaking after being authorized. Planning & Updating EAE department technical / project development routine, optimize technical & project resource & project process, providing constructive advice/suggestion for department strategy development, e.g. team organization, jobsplit and competence ramp up. Keep contact with external business partners, e.g. JVs, suppliers, etc. Coordinate & solve technical / management problem which could appear during the cooperation work. Recording project/technical highlights during daily work, preparing / maintaining EAE department introduction documents, e.g. department achievements on related technical / projects. Supporting EAE department head on daily internal technical management work, e.g. general trouble shooting management. Qualification and skills: Bachelor’s degree or above, majored in automotive engineering, mechanical engineering or industrial engineering and other related fields. At least 3 years working experience in automotive industry development area. VW background preferred. Familiar with automotive processes and procedures. Fluent English communication skills and German communication skill is preferred. With good communication, organization skills and teamwork spirit. Must have excellent Microsoft Software skills, including power point, excel & word. the skill for data analysis and statistic, like Python, PowerBI, etc. is preferred.
