1) Work at supplier’s location to resolve quality issues of parts. Conduct root cause analysis and corrective actions of issues raised by each manufacturing site. 在供应商现场解决零部件的质量问题。进行问题分析并对每个装配工厂提出的问题形成纠正措施。 2) Conduct process audit to suppliers and help them to set up stable processes and control procedure, help suppliers to set up stable quality management and reporting systems. 对供应商进行过程评审并帮助建立稳定的过程和控制流程，帮助供应商建立稳定的质量管理和报告体系； 3) Communicate with supplier on product quality issues which was raised by each manufacturing site, make sure the corrective actions have been made. 就每个装配工厂反馈的部件质量问题，与供应商进行沟通并确保纠正措施的落实； 4) Conduct audit to new potential suppliers and existing suppliers. 对现有供应商及新的潜在供应商进行评审； 5) Be responsible to manage data collection and reporting of cost of quality. 负责数据的收集和整理，并汇总质量成本。 6） Perform other duties as assigned by the department. 落实部门交办的其他相关工作。

Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering, preferably in Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, Automation, or a related field. 本科及以上学历，电气、电子、机械、自动化等工科背景； 3-5 years working experience in supplier quality management, good knowledge of quality management tools 3-5年制造业供应商质量管理工作经验，熟悉各项质量管理工具； Rich experience in production process and quality management for electronic components, casting and machining parts. 有丰富的电子件，铸件和机加工部件的生产工艺和质量管理经验； Strong ability of data analysis and sharing with Excel/PPT 有能力运用工具软件做数据分析和分享。 With good English communication capability written and oral. 良好的英文听说读写能力； Comprehensive competency: good communication, team play, initiative and self-motivated, good learning capability, pressure endurable. 综合素质：良好的沟通、团队合作、学习能力，主动性强，能承受一定的压力； Willing to undertake extensive travel (up to 70%), with a mix of domestic (including Taiwan) and international destinations, including South Korea. 能接受频率达70%的出差，出差范围为国内(含台湾)及其他国家如韩国等。
