岗位职责
Responsibilities 职责范围:
1. Develop and implement the overall development strategy for the resort (including hotels and golf
facilities), ensuring the achievement of annual business objectives, financial indicators and
service quality standards;
制定并执行度假区整体发展战略(包括酒店及高尔夫业务),确保年度经营目标、财务指
标和服务质量达标;
2. Manage and motivate teams across all departments, establish an efficient organizational structure,
and cultivate and develop core management talents;
管理和激励各部门团队,建立高效的组织架构,培养和发展核心管理人才;
3. Be responsible for developing marketing channels, promoting marketing & sales activities, and
increasing customer traffic and satisfaction;
负责市场渠道开发,开展有效的营销活动,提升客流量与客户满意度;
4. Supervise and optimize the entire guest experience process, ensuring that services such as catering,
accommodation and golf meet standards and undergo continuous improvement;
监督并优化游客全流程体验,确保餐饮、住宿、高球等服务体验并持续改进;
5. Effectively control costs, enhance profitability, and maximize return on investment.
有效节控成本,提升盈利能力,确保投资回报最大化。
任职要求
Requirements 职位要求:
1. Bachelor's degree or above in Hotel Management, Tourism Management, or other related majors;
本科及以上学历,酒店管理、旅游管理等相关专业;
2. More than 10 years of management experience in tourism, hotels, or large-scale resorts,
including at least 3-5 years of senior management experience in an equivalent position;
10 年以上旅游、酒店或大型度假区管理经验,其中至少 3-5 年以上同职位管理经验;
3. Possess strong marketing and sales capabilities and rich operational experience;
具备较强的市场营销能力, 丰富的营运经验;
4. Excellent leadership, team-building skills, and cross-departmental coordination abilities, with the
ability to effectively motivate employees to achieve goals;
优秀的领导力、团队建设能力及跨部门协调能力,能有效激励员工达成目标;
5. Outstanding communication and negotiation skills, capable of handle to emergencies and making
quick and effective decisions;
出色的沟通谈判技巧,能应对突发事件并做出快速、有效的决策;
6. This position is open to Chinese nationals from Hong Kong, Singapore and Malaysia.
