Lead by example and meet Taixing Leadership Expectations. • Check current situation for safety interlocks usage *Operation and Technical Goal: • Work with client and project manager to clearly define and formalize project scope; • Collect up-to-date site data and information for right design basis; • Ensure the process design is compliant with local regulation and Arkema technical Directives; • Support process control initiative and FA within project scope; • Coordinate or validate process safety activities, like HSE review, HAZOP reviews, etc; • Support permitting work as project needs; • Maximize operational efficiency and product quality by continuously identifying, evaluating and proposing ideas for improvement in all technical/ technology/organization areas. • Support Plant initiatives for Process Technology Projects. • Provide assistance to Operations during plant turnarounds, emergency operations, and any other time technical assistance is required. • Drive OAU goal through a disciplined reliability program, help to define root cause for unplanned events, control that action plans are ongoing, and share with all the team feedback experience. • Share good practice for shift management (feedback from production background) *Professional Development Goal: • Develop skills required to support the Taixing plant through professional development of technical skills, interpersonal relationship skills, management skills, and community relations. • Ensure that specific goals are developed that correspond with Plant objectives and initiatives.

• Education & Knowledge 教育程度及知识 o Bachelor’s degree, major in chemical processing, chemical engineering, or similar background. • Skills & Experience 技能和经验 o More than 5-10 years’ experience in petrochemical plant Production (continuous process if possible) and process experience is a must o Presentation and communication skills are necessary to convey interpretations of process data to convince and control that Sunke ‘s standards are understood and applied o Be good at to use Aspen plus and CAD software is a plus. o With design institute process design background is a plus. o Experience in HESQ regulations and & ability to wear PPE, familiar with HAZOP analysis tool. o Experience in MOC good practice and Projects management implementation. o Be better to have a PSM experience . • Abilities & Competencies 能力和核心素质 o Ability to understand and troubleshoot chemical processing to achieve production goals. o Ability to management of small process engineer group and process engineer training o Technical communication to understand detailed process o Adequate capacity to face with challenge during the normal working days o Able to listen and be good at communicate with all plant levels o Result oriented: methodology, cost, schedule & organization o Good physical Ability to go in units and enjoy working on site for detailed equipment’s inspections & daily tours. o Chinese and English speaking
