1) Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting 2) Fluent English reading & writing skills 3) SAP experience is preferred. 4) 5 years’ experience in both CCRM and OTC, including at least 2 years’ on CCRM and 1 year on OTC and hands-on history. 5) Abundant practical experience on CCRM processes 6) Self and team contributor, detailed-oriented, open-minded, careful and patient 7) Strong communication & interaction skills at all levels in the organization, can proactively monitor the work progress 8) Experience on process optimization is an advantage
