1、 Utilize compressor technical knowledge and electric control knowledge to support compressor products manufacturing in factory base drawings and requirements, Work with compressor and chiller designer engineer / manufacturing engineer/ quality engineer/ to give suggestion on the design improvement on compressors performance, cost, manufacturability, serviceability and quality. 2、 Support Quality function to resolve the issue happened in production line. 3、 Work with Supply-chain function to select purchasing part and communicates Specification to supplier, update product cost associate with different design stage. 4、 Take lead NPCA process so that manufacturing can follow design change timely; release drawings and upgrade BOM timely 5、 Take lead to build the calorimeter test station and provide technical support of other air run test station 6、 Troubleshooting in job site and support aftermarket to resolve compressor quality issues

最低学历要求Education 压缩机、制冷相关科系本科或硕士毕业；或机械设计与自动控制专业毕业本科或硕士毕业 Master or Bachelor degree with major in Compressor & HVAC or related area Or Bachelor's or master's degree in mechanical design and automatic control or related fields 相关证书要求 Job related Certificate 英语6级 相关工作经验 Working experience 本科至少5年（硕士毕业至少3年）相关工作经验, 离心压缩机，或磁悬浮控制产品工作经验优先，有磁悬浮离心制冷制冷压缩机工厂技术支持经验最优先， At least 5 years of relevant working experience for a bachelor's degree (at least 3 years for a master's degree) is required. Working experience in centrifugal compressors or magnetic levitation control products is preferred. Technical support experience in magnetic levitation centrifugal refrigeration compressor factories is preferred 用英语进行工作交流， High priority for Candidates who can communicate in English at work, 技能要求 Job skill 良好的沟通能力, 英语能力较强，和团队合作精神 Strong communication skills, Primarily in English fluently ; Teamwork skills required
