Key Responsibilities: Solution Delivery (15-25%) Collaborate with vendor project manager and Lilly project owner to deliver the project Cloud (mainly AWS) environment preparation, security group, role, and application deployment service-now ticket coordination and assistance Tech review, UAT coordination and project communication Validation documentation review, drafting artifacts as necessary Service Management (50-60%) Provide tier 1 and/or tier 2 application support for a dozen local application systems. Manage change requests and support tickets Issue investigation and troubleshooting User communication Computer System Validation (20-30%) Drive the end-to-end validation process in projects, support and/or periodic reviews. Provide consultation and guidance to IT stakeholders on deliverables’ template, checklists, standards, processes, best practices and tools. Ensure validation of Computer Systems is complete and accurate. Implement validation best practices and process improvements. Work in partnership with CSQA to ensure smooth running of projects and support work (delays, escalations, compliance misses)

Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related fields. 7+ years of experience in IT project management, software development, application maintenance. Experience with agile methodologies and project management tools. IT quality management experience, familiarity with computer system validation. Cloud knowledge and experience. Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Good interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Good oral and written English. Preferred previous working experience with a MNC company, or a pharma company, or both.
