岗位职责
1. Develop business strategic roadmaps and commercial plans tailored to the Chinese market, define brand positioning, growth targets and market expansion pathways, and establish an effective business model aligned with China's market characteristics.
2. Conduct in-depth analysis of market trends, consumer insights and competitor dynamics, accurately identify opportunities in the women's contemporary footwear sector, and formulate sound brand and marketing strategies.
3. Build a high-quality omni-channel sales network (including direct retail, e-commerce, and distribution/joint ventures), optimize sales operation management, and ensure the achievement of business objectives (such as sales volume, profit, sell-through rate, etc.).
4. Based on the demands of the Chinese market, lead the team to develop high-standard product strategies and assortment plans, deliver product styles and categories that cater to market needs, improve merchandising management efficiency, and optimize inventory control.
5. Maintain regular communication and collaboration with senior management of the brand's headquarters, negotiate key matters and resolve critical issues.
6. Proactively secure support and investment from the headquarters for the Chinese market in areas such as supply chain, product development and marketing resources.
7. Continuously enhance organizational capabilities, strengthen team cohesion and cultivate a positive corporate culture, building a high-performance and highly collaborative team.
任职要求
1. 本科以上学历
2. 高端女鞋、或者鞋服 中国区管理经验 (多部门管理的VP,也可以考虑)
