Deliver end-to-end hiring activities according to defined recruitment procedure

Manage various sourcing channels and improve channel effectiveness

Complete job posting for all validated positions via internal and external channels
通过内部和外部渠道发布招聘启事
Work together with line managers to understand position requirements before sourcing
与部门经理沟通从而充分了解部门的招聘需求
Conduct CV screening and phone interview to shortlist qualified candidates
进行简历筛选和电话面试以选择合适的候选人
On site interview arrangement and following
现场面试安排及跟进
Responsible for handling offer negotiation, reference check and other tasks required by on-board process
负责offer沟通,背景调查和入职流程要求的其他工作
Develop relationship with colleges and universities to carry out campus recruitment
与高校建立关系,开展校园招聘
Track and maintain all recruitment related data and provide effectiveness reports as required
跟踪和维护所有与招聘相关的数据,并根据需要提供有效性报告
Manage third party agencies for recruitment

任职要求
任职要求/Requirements:
Bachelor degree with about 1-3 years’ experience in HR role or being a professional consultant from recruiting agency is also preferred.
本科学历,具有1-3年人力资源工作经验或猎头行业经验者为佳
Proven track record in fulfilling the assigned requisitions with the KPIs of closed positions, lead time, cost and customer satisfaction etc.
有良好的业绩导向理念,包括关闭岗位数量,交付时间,招聘成本和客户满意度等
A good team player, well organized, self-starter, high level of accuracy and detail orientated.
团队合作者,条理性强,积极主动,准确性高和注重细节
Has working experience in manufacturing industry is preferred.
有制造业工作经验优先
