职位要求 1、Experience in customer service or related field is preferred 2、Passionate for the MMORPG games 3、Ability to work on-site in ShangHai 4、Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Portuguese 5、Ability to empathize with customers and diffuse escalated situations effectively 6、Strong problem-solving and analytical skills 7、Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment 8、Experience with CRM software and ticketing systems 9、Willing to work on public holidays, night shifts, and weekend shifts
