Main Objectives:
We are hiring a Recruitment Manger to build our in-house recruitment team. The successful candidate will have a background as a recruiter from a leading international agency, with experience in the automotive sector. Initially they will be responsible for recruiting key ‘urgent’ hires into the business with a medium term view on building their own team of recruiters. The team will be responsible for recruiting both Chinese and international talent. Full responsibility for the development and implementation of recruiting/on boarding systems and processes will be assigned to the candidate.
Main Responsibilities:
Work with the Managing Director to define the objectives, structure and key targets for the recruitment department
Design the complete recruitment process from line manager request through to on boarding; develop the associated process map and documentation
Research and recommend software tools that may be adopted to manage and streamline the recruitment process
Set KPI’s and evaluation processes for the recruitment team
Work with Marketing and HR to create and implement an ‘employer branding’ strategy to aid and complement any recruitment efforts
Hire and train recruiters as required to handle both local Chinese and international candidates
Develop and maintain a database of live candidates with whom Kadence can continue an ongoing dialogue via the employer branding strategy and associated marketing efforts

Essential Skills and Experience Required:
Deep understanding of all recruitment channels relevant to hiring local Chinese and international automotive talent (with a focus on design and technical related disciplines)
Should be aware of current best practice within the recruitment industry
Familiar with relevant HR and recruitment software and how it is used to streamline the recruitment process
Good verbal and written communication skills (English and Mandarin)
Competent user of typical IT Tools PowerPoint/Excel/Word/Outlook etc.
Educational Requirements:
Business or Management related Bachelor Degree or higher
