Scope of work: • Work in Nike GOAL SEC Tech organization to lead and manage the execution of Tech initiatives • Focusing on Nike China Supply Chain area and support Nike China Supply Chain information initiative • Understand and collect business requirements and convert to IT language and solution • Coordinate the interface between different parties, various Supply Chain function team and Nike tech team as well. • Support project as business system analyst during project initial phase. • Lead project as tech project manager, as per assignment. Job specification: • Proactively engage with all Nike China supply chain function stakeholders to make sure the right and consistent understanding of business needs and knowledge • Analyze and document business processes, study/research new process requests, and create processes flow diagrams • Provide consulting services, communicate and coordinate with business user, gather, validate, and document business requirements of various supply chain function, refine requirements and translation requirements into IT technical solutions • Act as IT SME (subject matter expert) in multi projects of Nike China Supply Chain. Be in charge of the IT relevant tasks and work streams. • Act as business system analyst, establish project to make consulted IT solution happen and support project in intake phase, which is under the guidance of Nike project methodology • Understand and assist Nike China business on project related changes on process, people and tools. Provide sufficient training and support to drive any IT related transitions. • Effectively communicate with both Nike China Supply China function team and GC GOAL Tech. Work closely with engineering team, production support, be an efficient bridge to manage the right information and business understanding between business team and Tech Team. • Working with project team, monitor and manage the project delivery performance to make sure the high quality deliverable. Key qualification: • Bachelor degree or above, major in computer science or relevant. • > 5 years working experience in IT business consultant or BSA role • SAP S/4 HANA full life-cycle implementation project experience is preferred. • SAP S/4 HANA Supply Chain consultant experience is preferred. • Project management working experience is a plus. • Understand both waterfall and agile methodologies. • Retail industry experience, supply chain knowledge is a plus. • Solid written and oral communication skills in both Mandarin and English. • Quick leaner, good inter-personal skill. • Multi-tasker.
