Title: Finance Controller, Commercial Fire South Asia Distribution Job Code: Function and Discipline Function: Finance Discipline: Accounting & Controllership Function Description Oversees and manages all accounting activities for South Asia distribution business, financial reporting and controls. Executes on key Controllership objectives while supporting the Mission & Vision of Carrier Corporation Finance. Reports to the Manager of Asia Transformation, M&A, Asia businesses. Discipline Description Key business partner to ensure accounting is performed in accordance with US GAAP, Local GAAP and Carrier policies. Manage all accounting and reporting activities for Commercial Fire South Asia Distribution. This role will have oversight of closing activities, reconciliations, statutory reporting, support of tax reporting and management of third-party activities. As a key business partner to the North Asia Finance Manager, this role will engage in key projects and strategic initiatives while managing complex activities. Job Level P3

Organizational Level Description • Develop, report, oversee and ensure standard accounting practices for the Segment, including technical research • Responsible for the management and oversight of accounting activities for South Asia Distribution • Ability to communicate and influence key internal and external business partners for Controllership activities Purpose Develops and manages the standardization of accounting requirements in accordance with US GAAP, Local GAAP and Carrier Policies. Executes accounting and control objectives, oversees control activities and reporting, owns the balance sheet analysis and analytics, and oversees third-party activities to include reconciliations and general accounting activities. Engages in complex accounting activities to provide guidance and correct reporting requirements and is a key business partner to Business Unit Leadership.
