Brief description of the position This position is responsible for vehicle structure and model design Key Tasks 1. 负责收集整车数据和整理改制需求，并初步制定工程车辆(AGT)改制策略 Responsible for collecting vehicle data and restructure requirements, and drafting vehicle restructure data proposal 2. 负责根据该改制策略，进行车身和内外饰改制数据设计，并输出最终改制方案 Responsible for designing vehicle body and interior/exterior restructure data based on the proposal, and outputting the final solution 3. 协助进行结构设计流程性文件的编写和技术评审标准的制定与编写 Assist in editing structure design process documents and writing technical review standards 4.负责试制供应商的样件结构数据和加工工艺评审，质量和进度把控 Responsible for reviewing suppliers sample structure data and processing technology and controlling quality & progress 5. 负责模型制作的技术指导和加工、装配现场的技术问题解决 Responsible for providing technical guidance for model production and resolving technical issues on-site during processing and assembly 6.负责模型和改制车项目管理，主导方案评审，节点管控和最终方案、模型的交付 Responsible for model and restructure vehicle project management, leading proposal review, node control, and final restructure solution and model delivery 7. 负责色彩、验证、展车等模型车辆方案制定并主导方案评审 Responsible for drafting Model cars (Strak/Testing/Show car etc.) construction data solution and organizing construction data proposal review 8. 负责色彩、验证、展车等模型的数模设计，材料和加工工艺选择，并输出最终模型制作数据方案 Responsible for designing Model cars (Strak/Testing/Show car etc.) 3D data, choosing materials & producing process, outputting the final Model solution

Qualification and skills required for the position 1.Education: Bachelor degree or above in mechanical engineering, automotive engineering, industrial engineering or equivalent qualifications; 本科及以上学历 ，车辆工程、机械工程、材料工程相关专业； 2. Working experience: At least 3 years of OEM/ main supplier structure design and parametric modeling experience or fresh graduates 3 年及以上主机厂/主流供应商结构设计和模型设计经验或应届毕业生 3. Knowledge: Familiar with whole vehicle development process and project management knowledge. Familiar with CNC and 3D printing process, etc. 4. Skills: Good at internal and cross function communication and problem solving Good at IT tools such as MS Office, CATIA, UG, JT2GO, CAD, etc. 5. Language: Fluent in English, German is preferred
