Supporting cable/material recommendation & selection to product engineering, manage and control technical approval requirements for new raw material suppliers. 2. Execute the cable/material property validation, issue and maintain specifications 3. Lead the cable/material cutting process validation, release and maintain A-spec 4. Initiate and support cable/material innovation, localization and cost saving as business required. 5. Develop global/regional BOD cable/material as production line required. 6. Provide technical support to commercial and operational teams, such as quality issue analysis and solving

1. 聚合物材料或电气工程学士学位或以上。 2. 5年以上相关工作经验，熟悉电缆/制造，或线束/尾线设计者优先。 3. 精通电缆/材料性能、表征、应用。 4. 熟悉失效分析工具。 5. 良好的沟通和协调能力，高度自我激励。 6. 良好的英语读写能力。 1. Bachelor’s degree or above in polymer material or electrical engineering. 2. 5+ years’ working experience in related position, prefer to be familiar with cable design/manufacturing, or harness/pigtail design. 3. Proficiency in cable/material performance, characterization, application 4. Familiar with failure analysis tool. 5. Good communication and coordination capability, highly self-motivated. 6. Good written and reading English skill.
