岗位职责
Market Development & Business Development
•Serve as in-country representative in India; build the local business, including customer acquisition, channel development, and brand awareness
•Identify and develop target customers across construction, industrial packaging, PPE, and graphics & printing segments
•Conduct direct outreach to contractors, distributors, and end-use manufacturers; drive product qualification and specification of Hypak™
•Define and execute Brazil market entry strategy: pricing, channel model and competitive positioning
Sales Execution
•Set phased business targets and take full ownership of delivery; manage the end-to-end commercial process including quotation, contracts, and payment collection
•Report pipeline progress, competitive intelligence, and performance updates to headquarters on a regular basis
•Manage and grow distributor or agent relationships where applicable
Local Operations & Compliance
•Coordinate with headquarters on local employment, tax, customs, and import/export compliance matters to ensure lawful operations
•Manage logistics, customs clearance, and product certification processes as required
•Recruit and manage a local sales or technical support team as the business grows
Cross-functional Collaboration
•Work closely with product, technical, and logistics teams to ensure fast and effective customer response
•Participate in global commercial reviews; contribute Brazil market insights to support company-wide strategic planning
任职要求
Required
•a genuine commitment to long-term relocation and the ability to thrive independently in an international environment
•8+ years of B2B sales or business development experience in industrial materials, chemicals, or construction materials; demonstrated track record of building new markets from scratch
•Prior working or living experience in India; solid understanding of local business culture and market dynamics
•Strong self-starter mindset — able to operate effectively without an established local team or infrastructure
•Fluent Mandarin (native); business-level English for internal reporting; Portuguese is a plus but not required
Preferred
•Background in construction membranes, industrial films, nonwoven materials, or high-performance technical textiles
•Established network in Brazil across relevant sectors such as construction, packaging distributors, or PPE buyers
•Experience working within a Chinese company's overseas BD framework
•Distributor or channel partner management experience
