1. Business Development (BD)
•Build and manage relationships with enterprise customers in North America
•Understand customer needs related to LLMs, AI platforms, and cloud services
•Present LLM and cloud offerings, including pricing and competitive positioning
•Support customer onboarding and guide account registration
•Maintain and manage sales pipeline, with weekly reporting, including:
○Expected customer usage scale
○Deployment timelines
2. Solution Architect (SA)
•Build and maintain relationships with customer technical teams (engineering, data, AI teams)
•Understand customer LLM application scenarios, system architecture, and technical requirements
•Translate customer requirements into clear technical inputs and relay them to headquarters R&D and product teams
•Provide on-site or remote technical support for LLM and Cloud product usage
•Assist in solution design, POC support, and early-stage deployment troubleshooting
任职要求
•Based in North America (US preferred)
•Background in IT / cloud / enterprise technology, 1–2 years of relevant experience.
•Understanding of cloud computing and/or AI / LLM-related products, Gemini/Grok/Deepseek/Claude Experience are prefered
•Experience in BD, pre-sales, solution architect or similar client-facing roles
•Strong customer-facing and hands-on execution capability
•Able to work across time zones with global teams
•Part-time acceptable, but must be treated as a top business priority
