Brief Introduction of the position To assure a high level of process quality within production, plan, conduct and report audit reports in all workshops of VWA. Take the responsibility for - process audits according VDA6.3; improving production process quality; Participate in problem analysis and action formulation related to process quality, - Monitoring the implementation and effectiveness of production improvement regularly. Key Tasks Responsible for Process release in each Milestone during Project Phase according to special workshop As process auditors perform different tasks at different stages of the year. Conduct process audits for the whole process of produciton process in the factory; Evaluate possible potential errors in the production process, participate in the definition of corrective measures and the initiation and execution of preventive measures. In special tasks support the strategy of Quality Assurance manufacturing. Take responsibility for project and teams to enable improvement within processes, systems and collaboration. Participate in the evaluation of the manufacturing process in the pre-lot stage (QPN-HT) to determine the feasibility of the quality requirements of the final product. Participate in the analysis of problems related to process quality, including issues from various modules, finished products and quality inspection areas, previous processes, and on-site complaints, and formulate solutions Participate in the FAP team of the manufacturing department. Provide support to other cross function areas. Performing individual task-related duties in accordance with the knowledge and experience of the position holder. Advising other people holding positions at VCIC, its subsidiaries/associate companies, or cooperating organizations upon request and in consultation with the appropriate people responsible. Qualification and skills Education: -Bachelor Degree in engineering or other higher technical training (must); - Preferably in Mechanical, Logistic Management and / or Vehicle (nice to have) Working experience: Minimum of 3 years in the Automobile Manufacturing in the areas of: Production, Logistic and Quality or aftersales. (must) Knowledge, skills and others: Advanced automotive background with VW product knowledge. (nice to have): Detailed knowledge about production and logistic quality. （ must） Knowledge of Volkswagen Group Standards and Aftersales process.( nice to have) With experience in process audit of VDA 6.3. (must) Knowledge and experience in ISO9001 / IATF16949 (nice to have) Knowledge of the IT Systems of the Company Office automation. Technical problem analysis and resolution. knowledge of Statistical process supervision. High level of social adaptability and assertiveness (nice to have).
