Order stationery, business cards, etc.;
文具的预定,发放、名片的预定、发放等
Help to organize company activities;
支持公司活动的安排
Update related administration files (such as hotel list , cost allocation list, key list, contact list etc.);
更新相关的行政文件(如酒店清单、费用清单、钥匙清单、通讯录等)
Collect and check the bills/invoices for admin services, for example, office rental, EMS, stationery, etc.;
收集处理相关行政服务的账单、发票(如办公室租金、快递、文具等)
Perform other assigned related tasks.
完成其他分配的相关任务。
Office outside warehouse management
对仓库供应商的日常管理;
Daily warehouse management;
月度报告提交;
Monthly warehouse report submission;
年终盘点安排的协助与支持;
Yearly inventory arrangement support and assist;
协助仓库其他事宜。
Assist other matters in warehouse。
