Duties & Responsibilities Main responsible for hardware development of the product, technical support of projects Requirement and Configuration Management Support cost calculation in development projects Analyses and concept development System design for Hardware and Software/Firmware integration Simulation and characterization of hardware, simulation and analyses of software/firmware Policy compliant, functional and production oriented circuit and software design Design reviews within global R&D teams Creation of policy compliant and quality assuring documentations Support the execution of electronic product developments within the development team with high responsibility Support the further development of the product portfolio and industrialization Maintenance and variants configuration development on products and portfolios Support operation for raw material localization, quality issue analyzes and engineering change Interface, work and support local and remote functional teams (i.e. Global R&D, Marketing, Sourcing, Manufacturing Engineering etc.) on projects requirements, development and mass production support

Qualifications & Competency Requirement: BS or above in Electronic Engineering or Electrical Engineering or other related majors Familiar with product development process, product creation process 5+ years working experience in electronic design, experience on operation support Experienced in multi-layer PCB design, schematic design and PCB design process methodology Experienced in digital and analogue circuits design, meeting EMC requirements IEC/EN/FCC/UL certification application in hardware design cross industrial products Skilled in Hardware development tools（Altium, PADS…）and testing equipment Knowledge in DFSS/Lean, risk management tools and DFM rules Working experience in MNC R&D Organization is must Oral English is workable Competencies: High capability and creativity for analysis and problem solving Highly self-motivated lead engineer with a result- oriented, and proven track record Strong team player, action oriented, highly motivated self-starter Bring a positive, can-do attitude to the work place each day Sense of commitment and urgency Motivated in learning new technologies, processes and software Good communication skills, motivated, creative and the ability to work in international team
