MISSION工作目标 Industrialize the tire size which respect Product performance and Industrial performance. 在尊重产品性能和工业性能的前提下工业化轮胎尺寸。 Define robust green model to respect cured definition (Cross section, Weight) and Industrial target (Productivity, Quality, Safety) 在尊重硫化定义（结构、重量）和工业目标（生产率、质量、安全）的前提下，定义稳健的生胎模型。 RESPONSIBILITIES工作职责 Green tire definition (Geometry)根据几何构造设计生胎 Product standard产品标准 Product performance产品表现 Industrial performance工业化表现 ACTIVITIES工作内容 Risk analysis: To lead to make the Process risk analysis of green tire definition with Process technician in order to robustify the model for product performance and industrial performance. 风险分析：与工厂技术人员一起对设计的生胎进行过程风险分析，以强化产品性能和工业性能模型。 Design Guide: To participate to define and follow the guideline for design in order to avoid risk for future and for the following extension sizes. 设计指南：参与定义和遵循设计指南，避免在未来和后续扩展规格发生风险，； Standard design: To lead to define plant standard design with Tire designer in order to minimize leadtime, maximize productivity and robustify the quality. 标准设计：与成品胎设计工程师共同确定工厂的标准设计，以尽量缩短交货时间，最大限度地提高生产率和质量。 Green tire geometry: To define geometry of each semi-finish components and production process. 生胎设计： 确定每个生胎半部件的几何形状和生产工艺。 Production quality: Improve industrial performance by robustify the before cure model 生产质量： 通过强化硫化前的模型提高工业化的能力

PRE-REQUIREMENT任职资格要求 At least bachelor in technical cursus 本科以上学历 Significant previous similar positions, at least 3 years in tire companies 曾担任过类似职位，至少三年以上相关岗位的经验
