Brief description of the position: Support and coordinate the workshop in his area of responsibility. Managing and control the maintain budget and the annual business plan, in his area of responsibility. Support technicians to carry out machine malfunction problem solving. TPM plan and related work instruction creation and regular updating. Spare parts preparation, control maximum size, provide solution when no spare parts in stock. Leading maintenance KPI orientated improvement project. Managing and control the outsourcing projects under his responsibility. Machine/die maintenance competence development, support the productivity and continuous improvement activities.  Key Tasks: Managing and control the maintain budget and the annual business plan. Ensures that his activities meet financial budget targets, safety standards, quality standards, environmental, and legal regulations; Ensures forecasts and recovery plans, if deviation to targets are detected; Support technicians to carry out machine/die malfunction problem solving. TPM plan and related work instruction creation and regular updating. Supporting and implementing productivity and continuous improvement projects, according to the defined timing; Machine/die maintenance competence development, support the productivity and continuous improvement activities; Technically supports purchasing department in the negotiations of the service or project; Spare parts preparation, control maximum size, provide solution when no spare parts in stock. Leading maintenance KPI orientated improvement project. Qualification and skills: Bachelor‘s degree in Engineering (electric and electronic or mechatronic are preferential) and at least 3 years of experience in the process area in the Automotive Industry, preferential in stamping. Must have good communication and project management skills, teamwork, leadership and soft skills. Good financial analysis and planning skills. Good in statistical process and quality analysis and quality tools. Common CNC machine structure or machine control system Master the basic knowledge of die.
